Shipping & Returns
Order Processing and Transit Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. In most instances, orders received by 1 pm EST, Monday-Friday, will ship the same day. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been prepared for shipping.
All orders ship from Milan, NY. Depending on your location, flat fee shipping may take 1-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express ships overnight.
Orders carry a flat fee shipping charge of $10. We also offer expedited shipping through USPS, which is calculated based on the weight of your order.
If you wish to return a purchase and claim a refund, you must notify us within 15 days upon receipt, and return the item(s) no later than 30 days after the date on your order confirmation. Refunds will be provided after the item(s) have been received by our processing center and inspected.
If the shipment's contents were damaged in transit or do not match what was initially ordered, we will refund your purchase, including shipping charges. Additionally, we will cover any new shipping costs incurred for the item's return.
